Exchanges And Returns


If you would like to exchange or to return an item you have 20 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. Unfortunately you cannot exchange or return after this time.

To be eligible for Exchanges And Returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You must email who will reply to you with 'return instructions' to follow including our address in Italy where you will have to send the item to be returned. We have more than one address.

To exchange an item you have to follow our returns process for the item that you do not want and then place a new order. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you have received a damaged or the wrong item. If you have received a product that is damaged or not correct you will not incur any costs for returning the item. Send a photo/s to who will arrange for a Prepaid Shipping Label to be sent to you for the return of the item/s. Upon receipt and inspection of the return item/s and within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the return item/s a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected and within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the return item/s, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
